Welcome to The Constant Mom

Be the CONSTANT. If you want to Raise the Perfect Child, you need to be a CONSTANT.

  1. FORGET what you think you know about parenting.
  2. EMBRACE the ideology that what you are about to learn is not a temporary quick fix solution to the daily struggles of parenting.

When you make the choice to be the CONSTANT, that little person you are raising will someday grow up to be your CONSTANT too.

Be the Constant and The Hard Road Gets Easy!

Discover the new way of parenting - THE CONSTANT

What is the CONSTANT? Follow the TRUST TRIANGLE.

The TRUST TRIANGLE is made up of 3 key parts:

  1. Validation
  2. Sincere Conversations
  3. Making Meaningful Time.

When you follow the TRUST TRIANGLE method you will build a bond with your children that is a CONSTANT.

When we take the time to develop a meaningful relationship with our children, we are doing so much more than just Raising a Perfect Child. We are nurturing a person that will grow up to be a CONSTANT in our life.

In addition, we are adding a person to society with the skills to Validate feelings, communicate productively through Sincere Conversations, and spend Meaningful Time with others. WOW, what a wonderful world this will be if all parents took the time to do that with their children. Maybe we should start thinking about how not only are we Raising the Perfect Child, we are changing the world – one Perfect Child at a time…

Our Book Reviews

This book was the most amazing book I've ever read! The advice that the author gives ACTUALLY works. This book is the best toolbox to use not just with your kids but with everyday life. The language in the book didn't feel like I was reading some boring thesis, it felt like the author was actually having a conversation with me. This was a great quick read!!!! Totally recommended!!!!

I had the rebellious teenager. I had implemented open conversation and trust grew. The trust triangle outlined in Gina's book is absolutely golden!! Every new parent should read this. It is honestly the best advice!! I am buying these to give to my friends who just had babies. It starts at the beginning but trust me, you can start it anytime and see results!!!

The book came in good quality, and the book was really helpful! I totally recommend!

The author is truly an inspiration to all moms, educators, and leaders! She is incredible and everyone can learn a lot from her.

Amazing!! Truly one of the best! Can’t be thankful enough for all the help, advice, and support that was given. Definitely a must!!!

Gina Ulrich is a wonderful individual! She is professional and caring with all people she interacts with and her communication is strong.. The title “Constant Mom” suits her well! I would highly recommend The Constant Mom to anyone and everyone!

Gina is an honest, caring, and strong teacher. Her passion for teaching and sharing her love of learning with children has such a positive impact on each and every one of her students. Never, have I ever, observed any other teacher connect with her students like Gina does with hers! She really does have a very special relationship with each of them. Gina’s relationship with her students’ parents is also very strong. They respect her knowledge of her profession and reach out to her often for support. Gina is also a fabulous mom! Her relationship with her daughter is based on love, acceptance, support, and guidance. They spend a lot of time together, doing things (big and small) that nurtures their relationship everyday. The bond between the two of them is filled with unconditional love and understanding. She is always there for her daughter, in every capacity. She truly is the Constant Mom.

Gina Ulrich is an amazing mom, an inspirational speaker on values and was an incredible teacher to her students. Gina not only gave 110% to her students , but provided 110% support, love and devotion to her daughter. Gina has always been there for her daughter no matter the circumstances. We need more parents like Gina Ulrich to support our children.
